This is the song that began my love affair with R&B music. Smooth, mellow, sophisticated for an 8 year old, I thought. Everyone around me was either listening to pop, the beginnings of rap and the rock music was getting a harder edge, But this to me? Fit perfectly. Nothing brings out the passion for music like a good R&B song.
