I love this song. A bit of Americana written by Walt Wilkins.
It's easy to focus on one's own troubles, but that rarely helps. Know what I mean? Better to switch out for a wide angle lens sometimes... Background = a Cinemagraph of Chicago created by Reddit BigMurph26.
Not my best work, but I'm sharing it anyway, in case someone out there could use a perspective shift.

But this voice is far from new because I have become well used to it and just listen to this heart sing !!!

Global warming has nothing on your warmth dear Julia.
This was tender sweet and brilliantly sung.

Certainly gives you another outlook on life when you walk in someone's shoes doesn't it? I like this song,,,,been meaning to try it,,,but I'm gonna settle tonight for your version.... substituting your California accent for Kelly's southern drawl puts a new shine on it too.....but of course, you hadda get Pickled to do it didn't you? Bravo Misses Take.........

First time I've heard this song, but it sure is a good one and yes, it does help a person put things in perspective.
Always nice to hear your sweet voice! Thanks for the neat introduction to this song.

Not your best?? I might lightly argue that point.
The feeling in your voice forgives any sin in the singing (not that I heard one).
Very touching performance, J.
I loved it.
Thank you!
