The SingSnap Support Team is always happy to answer your questions. We are dedicated to getting you the answers you need. When you do have to write to us, there are some things that will help us to help you much faster.

Be Descriptive

We understand that you may be in the midst of a singing crisis, but there are things we need to know in order to assist you, especially when it comes to recording or playback issues.

It’s not enough to simply say “My recorder isn’t working”. It will help us get faster answers to you if you tell us exactly what is or is not happening and what steps you have gone through. Letting us know what type of computer you are using as well as your browser and whether or not you have a mixer helps us too.

Knowing these things helps us provide you a solution much faster without as much waiting in between messages.

Practice Patience

There may be times when a solution takes a little while to come by. Some of you really give us a challenge!

We love to sing as well, and we know it can be frustrating to not be able to. We will work with you to get you back to singing as quickly as possible, and we only ask that you have a little patience with us as we work through the possible fixes. Depending on your unique situation, we may have to try multiple solutions.

Check Help

Most of the questions we get in Support can be answered through our HELP page. We also have a Website Problems & Help forum where you can find assistance from other members.

Provide Examples

When telling us of a problem, it’s always best to send examples. For instance, if you are having difficulty recording and are needing help, be sure to send us a link to a song where you are hearing the problem.

If we have a way to listen to your problem, we can diagnose the issue much faster and provide a solution. You can save the recording to Private as long as you send us the link. This would be the only way we can see or listen to it.

Check Your Account

It’s up to you to stay current on your gold status. You can always see what your current status is and when your next payment is due by clicking the GOLD button at the top of the site and then the link in the bottom right section for Payment History.

This will help you stay on top of your membership and avoid any unexpected surprises.
