App not working on iphone with update 13.1.3

Since I downloaded latest update on my phone, Singsnap will not load properly. It presents as a tiny little box in lower left corner of my screen, and the remainder of my phone screen is black. It is also unresponsive. ...Have tried turning phone on and off, going to site through the App Store, nothing is working. Any ideas?

Posted this problem a week ago. The reason why this was happening is SS app has not been updated for about 3 years. It can no longer be used after the latest iPhone update.

I downloaded the new version of singsnap. When I select record it kicks me off the site lol. The old version I can record but when listening to my music it freezes the site. Wow
Guess it’s time to look for a new site to join

Sorry about the trouble. We have received reports of issues after the iOS 13 update. It appears to be related to something in the update. This is something Apple needs to fix. We are however working on a new app that won't face these troubles. The new apps is completely redone from the ground up to be more modern and will be unified with our new Android app and website (that's coming after the iOS app release). The new app will have added features like pitch changer, inner circles, playlists and more.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience. We're hopeful Apple will have the issue sorted soon. We did release a new app, but it was pulled immediately after release due to iOS 13.1.3 changes that came after we submitted the app. It will be launching again soon once we rework things for the changes Apple made.

It is also Impossible to sing any song when I try the app shut off immediately

hey y’all! Is anyone still having problems with the new app? I am. Not all songs in the library are coming up either! Some songs I’ve sung show on the website through a browser but in the new app. It’s very frustrating. Anyone having the same issue? I miss the old app:(

I’m on an iPhone and I still have the little box in the corner that’s unusable. I downloaded the SingSnap II app but it has weird fading in and out sound issues. Very frustrating. I want my SingSnap back.

I love my iPhone, it worked great for Singsnap until this last upgrade. I could use an android but the sound isn’t as good in my opinion. Just want what I’m paying for.

I rarely complain you guys, but this is crap, you've known about this problem since way back last year. So, how about gettin on the stick and taking care of this little mobile app problem, huh? The app fucking sucks. Put it back in the lab and use common sense. Make it useable before releasing it to make a buck. It’s bad enough you raised the monthly cost to rip people off.

1: limited selection of songs compared to normal site. Why not allow all songs?

2: Can’t navigate while playing a song to practice. How hard is it to implement this?

3: My messages don’t show at all. It’s blank. It did at one point and it was a good idea to implement a list of usernames with their messages. It just stopped working.

4: No inner circles. Yet I have them on the site.

This app is useless. Please stop taking advantage of people, or at least list the problems and bugs on the app page so people know what to expect. If that were the case I doubt anyone would download it.

I’m on iOS. Complete garbage. Can’t wait to get another laptop to use the site legit.

Stop being money hungry and actually make things work if you are going to charge people $13 a month. Some can’t use the site and exclusively use the app. Make it enjoyable for them.

My 2 cents.

I’ve not tried to use this app for a while it’s still not good I cannot see recordings in years they pop up random I cannot post anything to social media I’m still paying like others it’s not good enough to be fair I’m only paying to save what I recorded years ago and I can’t even access a third I’m using iphone and iPad I no longer have a pc or laptop it’s been months now this has not worked thank you hope it gets sorted
