My name is Marsha, you may call me Mar for short!
`
I sang in church growing up and later in the church choirs...
`
During the Christmas Holidays Dad would bring home these tiny
booklets of Christmas songs for us to enjoy.
I'd sit on the end of my bed alone joyfully singing them.
`
In my adult life I had purchased hymnals and sang church songs.
Later, I was encouraged in a church choir to sing.
This was my first real experience to sing solo in front of everyone.
`
In 2005 my sister-in-law introduced me to K-Solo to sing Karaoke.
I never knew about cams. But sure enjoyed singing online.
This was the first internet experience for me.
`
I had given that up and in 2007, then my sister-in-law told me
about SingSnap! She helped me set up everything.
`
I was a bit skeptical about being live due to my shyness and
inexperience publicly.
`
Five years later, I am still here singing and enjoying the finery
of all the many talented musicians and singers here on SingSnap!
`
I have made many friends here and enjoy the wonderful entertainment
here on PRC.
`
I have worked since the age of 16 in mostly Retail Sales positions.
Accounting, Supervisory, Credit Collections, Cashier, postions.
`
I landed in pharmacy in 1992 as a clerk and ended up becoming
a Certified Pharmacist Technician aka CPHT!
Worked over 18 years till present! Retiree!
`
Due to my job skills I took a computer course and now am skilled
in computers now over 20 years.
`
Singing makes you feel, express yourself emotionally, and brings
joy to the heart and soul.
I am not the talented one but so many here certainly deserve
to be cutting CDs professionally in the music business.
`
